Responsibilities
Embed and discover: Spend time with each team lead, observe workflows, identify pain points and high‑leverage opportunities, and decide what to build, buy or retire.
Build: Ship internal tools and customer‑facing systems weekly, replacing SaaS seats with purpose‑built solutions that improve conversion or operational efficiency.
Scale: Train teams to use the systems, set the standard for AI‑native operations, and hire only when bandwidth is the limiting factor.
Success metrics
Every department relies on at least one system you shipped.
Reduce the SaaS stack measurably, with a documented dollar figure saved.
Show a hard business metric—conversion rate, CAC or contribution margin—improved by a system you built.
