La Cabra is seeking a Head Baker to lead our bakery production in Mexico City. This role is responsible for overseeing the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our operations while upholding the brand’s global standards.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for our Mexico City bakery production. You will guide a multicultural team of bakers and pastry chefs, building a foundation for scalable growth without compromising on craftsmanship. Working closely with the regional leadership, you will ensure that La Cabra’s vision is translated into high-quality products while driving innovation in both process and product development.
This role requires a balance of technical artisan expertise and strategic leadership to ensure strong alignment with our brand identity.
