NVA Canada's VT Practicum Program invites final-year veterinary technician students to gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting. This practicum connects students with experienced veterinarians and RVTs for a practical learning experience lasting from two to eight weeks. Participants will work on essential skills, including anesthesia, surgical assistance, and effective communication with clients. A stipend is provided for eligible students to ease travel costs, allowing you to concentrate on enriching your practicum experience.
