About This Opportunity

Become a key technical partner as a Customer Solutions Engineer, bridging the gap between engineering and customer needs. Tackle complex development issues while supporting Enterprise clients in a remote-first setting.
In this position, you will leverage your extensive technical knowledge to diagnose and solve real-world challenges faced by customers. You'll interact with various development environments and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams while ensuring high-quality support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve issues in customer environments
• Liaise between customers and internal teams for solutions
• Translate concerns into actionable documentation in Jira
• Develop support content for improved customer education
• Enhance internal documentation and tool efficiency
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years as a Full Stack Developer
• Proficiency in .NET (C#), React/Next.js, and TypeScript
