Act as a welcoming brand ambassador representing both Vancouver Foodie Tours and Granville Island Delivery Co. with professionalism, warmth, and strong hospitality presence.
Serve as an in-person expert on all tour offerings, confidently explaining tour details, pricing, schedules, and inclusions to potential guests.
Provide reservation support and on-the-spot bookings through company systems following training.
Liaise communications to the Sales and Operations teams regarding guest inquiries, booking requests, or complex questions requiring escalation.
Answer incoming phone calls and general inquiries, providing accurate information or redirecting as appropriate.
