About The Role

You will join the Mobility team at 99/DiDi, working in Growth to expand our passenger and driver base across cities. The team identifies growth opportunities, runs experiments, and optimizes investments to drive scalable and efficient growth.

• Leading Growth Initiatives: Identifying opportunities and defining strategies such as incentives, communications, targeting approaches, and local initiatives to drive passenger and driver acquisition and activation.
• Driving Experimentation and Scaling: Designing and leading A/B tests and other experiments to validate growth hypotheses, measure incremental impact, and scale high-performing initiatives.
