About This Opportunity

Job Description

To drive growth by working closely with a wide set of functions including Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of growth plans across key user moments ( breakfast, coffee, fine dining) to meet key business OKRs.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities through market research and customer insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to launch targeted marketing initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
  • Assist the Marketing team in planning and rollout of lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Drive & facilitate key meeting cadences to manage performance, including weekly & monthly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to fine tune effective entry points to drive growth across user moments.
