Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Improve and streamline internal workflows to drive operational efficiency across departments.
Manage internal systems such as EPIC and CRM platforms to track leads, referrals, and key growth metrics.
Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and best practices.
Business Development
Partner with leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth.
Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions.
Monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports and recommendations.
