About the Role

We are hiring a senior growth operator to work directly with founders across our portfolio companies. Your job is simple to describe but hard to execute: help companies go from idea to product-market fit and scale revenue rapid. You will install and run a repeatable growth system across multiple ventures, working side by side with founders to improve acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention. This role is hands-on, high-impact, and requires someone who has already built and scaled companies before.

• Build and improve funnels across acquisition, activation, and retention
