Purpose

Reporting to Team Lead, Sales, the Vacation Consultant, Group has overall responsibility to understand group travel needs while developing the group travel market. This includes growing the number of groups, the number of passengers, and the profitability of the groups department. Sales activities are both reactive – responding to incoming leads; and proactive – actively soliciting repeat business, initiating sales calls, prospecting new customers, and developing new markets.
