We are searching for an Energetic Group Fitness Coordinator with experience in team leadership, management, and teaching. Ideal candidates will also have expertise in teaching one or more of these formats: Strength, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, or HIIT.
What You’ll Do:
Day-to-Day
Prepare 3-5 social media posts (reels or stories) per week on the club Instagram account (2 hours/week)
Support Instructors to find coverage for classes (2-3 hours/week)
Meet weekly with the Club Manager to review KPIs (1 hour/week)
