With sound knowledge of employee group insurance benefits, the Benefits Administrator will build strong customer relations while providing a high level of customer service to clients. The Administrator will provide administrative support to a portfolio of clients with diverse benefits needs. The Administrator will also cross-sell other HR/Group Benefit related services and products while attending to day-to-day administrative needs.
Qualifications CEBS designation or working towards is a strong asset Post-Secondary education in business, human resources or other related discipline 3+ years of experience as an employee group benefits administrator or coordinator Proven success cross-selling to existing customers Exceptional written and spoken communication skills High level of customer service Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills Motivated, high energy team player
