Group Advantage, Relationship Manager

Group Advantage is RBC’s comprehensive business offering a variety of retirement savings products such as Group RRSPs, Deferred Profit Sharing Plans, and Pooled Retirement Pension Plans combined with expert advice and delivered conveniently at the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing sponsor relationships and refer clients to other RBC channels to ensure they benefit from a full range of solutions.
• Act as integrator and champion of Group Advantage products within market sales teams (e.g. Career Sales Force, Branch teams, Regional Vice President).
• Conduct an annual review with sponsors to ensure their current program aligns with their unique needs and future goals and document the changes.
• Maintain expertise in industry trends, regulations, and competitive environment to ensure clients receive advice tailored to their needs.
