THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Grocery Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous grocery experience and will assist the Grocery Leadership Team in overseeing the daily department operations, including delegating tasks, training and developing employees, providing exemplary customer service, upholding store policies, and ensuring the proper rotation and display of product to meet our high standards for freshness and quality.

• Assist in managing, motivating, training, and developing staff according to company policies and procedures.
• Merchandise grocery items so that it is organized and visually appealing to maximize sales and uphold overall store appearance.
