As our next Grader Operator to proudly represent our Production Mining Team, you will live for challenges and thrive on the variety of work available. Like all of us at Thiess, you’re a passionate and energetic person, that appreciates responsibility, recognition and reward.

  • Equivalent experience with CAT 16 & 24M Graders in a mining production operation - 3-5 years 

  • 2:2 roster (7D7N14RR) | FIFO Perth to Iron Bridge Mine

  • Salary sacrifice options available for applicants outside WA

  • BIBO available for Port Hedland residents

  • Permanent full-time role with development and upskilling opportunities

  • Excellent new facilities - Japal Village

  • Operating machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output
