About the Organization and Opportunity

Canada Bridges is an Indigenous-led organization supporting Indigenous youth and young adults aged 16 to 30 across Treaty 7 territory. It operates as a process-driven organization where duty, loyalty, and safety are foundational values. We recognize that in supporting executive leadership, staff must move away from managing feelings and toward providing exacting data. This commitment reflects our understanding that data is the highest form of care for our Executive Director's leadership style, enabling informed decisions that protect our staff, participants, and mission.
