This role will focus on strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing control design, and ensuring effective risk management practices across HR and PCT processes. The Consultant will act as a hands‑on advisor to the business, supporting the effective management of operational, regulatory, and business risks. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in control documentation, process mapping, HR processes, and stakeholder engagement within large, complex organizations.
