This role, reporting to the General Manager, involves developing comprehensive management programs aimed at achieving national ranking success. Collaborating with the Director of Golf, you'll ensure effective communication, compliance with all regulations, and maintenance of the highest standards in landscaping. Your leadership will inspire the grounds team to deliver unique experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise the maintenance of golf course and resort grounds • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards • Develop and execute training programs for staff • Prepare the Golf Maintenance budget and manage expenditures • Maintain detailed records of operations and financials
