Global Payroll Manager
to join their team in Mississauga, ON. Please note, this is a fully on‑site role with flexibility WFH on Fridays in the summer.
Reporting to the VP, HRIS & Total Rewards, this leadership role will oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations across multiple regions while driving compliance, process improvements, and audit readiness in a high‑volume environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a hands‑on leadership role and brings strong expertise in both Workday and ADP Workforce Now, along with multi‑country payroll experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 + 15% bonus
Pension plan (approx. 6%)
4 weeks’ vacation + 1 week personal + 1 week sick days
