Job Purpose

In your role as Global HR Reporting Specialist you will become a key user for SAP SuccessFactors and Crunchr People Analytics. You will create new (story) reports and insights, support capability building within HR, support ad‑hoc reporting and analytics requests across HR and business functions, and produce recurring insights on key HR processes. You will contribute to our transformation toward a data‑driven HR function and support the monthly stakeholder meetings with relevant HR data updates.

As a system and data specialist for global HR data in SuccessFactors and Crunchr, you will support regression testing, develop new functionalities, and maintain the bi‑weekly integration process between the two platforms.
