Seasonal Driver Guide Lead – Jasper, AB. Full‑time seasonal role for Spring/Summer 2026. Pay $28.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
In‑field supervision and coaching of all department staff.
Proper operation of Coaches/Ice Explorers, including pre/post‑trip inspections and accurate completion of all documentation.
Professional conduct toward guests and coworkers while in the field at Turnaround Point, Transfer Bays, and Icefield Center Loading Gates.
Own the Zone: ensure all areas of the Driver Guide operations meet cleanliness, appearance, customer service, safety, and environmental standards.
Handle payroll submission for the department under manager supervision.
Assist the manager in day‑to‑day cooperative efforts with all other departments involved with the Columbia Icefield Adventure, acting as department lead in the manager’s absence.
