The Regional Manager is responsible for managing the region's indirect channel, defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model that ensures excellent customer service, as well as continuous brand development, visibility, and volume. To achieve this, they must lead, train, engage, and motivate a team of sales coordinators.
Achieves the targets of volume and distribution for his/her area. Ensures the correct implementation of the planned actions in the annual Business Plan. Maintains the correct stock levels in the corresponding distribution area.
