Responsibilities

The Site APSYS Leader will drive and coordinate locally (within a site/cluster/project) with all métier the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap.

• Animate, coordinate and challenge improvement actions to reach APSYS targets defined with each métier based on APSYS roadmaps using the APSYS toolbox to deliver operational performance & develop local best practices that will be shared with the steering committee.
