About This Opportunity

Description

Resort Operations

  • Lead all day-to-day resort operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to standards.

  • Act as the senior on-site decision-maker, resolving operational issues in a remote environment.

  • Oversee facilities, infrastructure, and systems to ensure safety, functionality, and guest readiness.

  • Plan and execute seasonal opening and closing activities.

  • Manage operational budgets, cost controls, and financial performance.

  • Oversee all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, guided fishing, dock operations, fish processing, and maintenance.

    • Leadership & People

  • Lead, coach, and support a seasonal team with clear expectations and accountability.
