ABOUT OUR CLIENT Founded in 1985, Our client, Pacific Radiator Manufacturing Limited (the “Company”), specializes in the manufacturing of replacement copper‑brass radiator cores and tanks for use in industrial equipment and vehicles. With over 55 employees, the Company’s primary manufacturing facility is in Langley, BC and it operates a second manufacturing facility in Edmonton, AB. In 2024, our client, was acquired by Petwin Bancorp Inc (“Petwin”), a family office with private equity and real estate investments across North America.
THE ROLE Reporting to, and working closely with, the Chief Financial Officer of Petwin while also collaborating with subsidiary leadership teams, the General Manager is responsible for the overall day‑to‑day leadership, operational effectiveness and financial performance of the Company, while adhering to a high standard of e...
