About the Role: Product Manager

Central Challenge: Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of conversational experiences that drive customer engagement in our products. This position will be responsible for creating intelligent and personalized bots that actively promote the activation, retention, and expansion of solution usage by our audience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Discovery & Strategy: Conduct continuous discovery process with product, growth, and customer service stakeholders to understand customer behavior, map frictions, and identify engagement opportunities via bots.
