The GBS HSE Intern is responsible for supporting the HSE-FM team in establishing and continuously improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within the worksite.
Good Microsoft Excel skills are required. Assist and support in HSE Metrics Reports and Analysis (Summary Reports).
Follow up of the results KPO's of the entire HUBs population through Power Automate.
Design of graphic pieces and HSE campaigns.
Follow‑up to expired certifications and registration of courses according to the instruction of the HSE Leader.
Review reports that have no residual risk and begin to assign action plans e‑mailing to the employees.
Mapping of New Hires in the system.
Processing the letters of coverage with the Occupational Risk Insurance Company (letter of coverage for occupational accidents for personnel working abroad).
