Shaw Industries is seeking a Reliability Technician C/D for 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm) to support our Game On Turf production line. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and repair assigned equipment while actively participating in root cause analysis to resolve machinery issues. This position involves identifying corrective actions and implementing solutions to prevent recurring equipment failures. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to problem‑solving and play an active role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our machinery.
