We are seeking an Outlet Supervisor to join our team. Our hotel features a variety of dining outlets, including all-day dining, Japanese, Chinese, and Italian restaurants. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily restaurant operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, leading and developing the team, and maximizing revenue through effective cost control.

+ 開店準備、予約管理、テーブル管理、衛生管理を含む日々のレストラン運営を管理する

+ シフト中のスタッフの指導・監督、ブリーフィング、トレーニングおよび評価を行う
+ 売上に応じた人員配置および人件費管理を行う
+ 業務効率の向上およびサービス改善を推進する
+ メニューやアレルギー情報、館内施設に関する知識を習得し、ゲストへ案内する
