Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.
Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities as necessary.
