In this role, you will investigate process breakdowns, collaborate for solutions, and document effective procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Investigate process breakdowns and conduct root cause analysis • Design effective process flow charts and maps • Document system changes and prepare test scripts • Conduct user acceptance testing for process changes • Provide end-user training and support for operational systems
