Join the Lac La Ronge Indian Band's Woodland Wellness Centre as a Finance and Admin Coordinator in La Ronge, SK. This full-time role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in financial transactions.
The Woodland Wellness Centre is looking for a motivated individual to manage financial records and support accounting functions. Your role will include handling accounts payable, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing year-end audits. You'll also assist in HR administration, which encompasses onboarding and managing payroll data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process transactions and purchase orders
• Conduct timely bank reconciliations
• Organize financial records for audits
• Generate detailed financial variance reports
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, or HR
• 1-2 years experience in finance or administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
