Our client is a fast-growing marketing agency serving over 150 home service businesses. They specialize in performance-driven campaigns and are heavily investing in AI and automation to improve lead generation, tracking accuracy, and operational efficiency.

They are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer with proven experience in marketing/ad tech environments to build and scale internal systems that directly support campaign performance and revenue operations.

This is a builder role , not a strategy-only position.

You will develop internal tools, integrate AI into marketing workflows, and improve how the agency operates across ad platforms, tracking systems, and CRM-driven pipelines .
