About This Opportunity

Drive payroll processes as a Full-Cycle Payroll & Accounting Coordinator. Manage payroll for diverse employee types, maintain compliance, and assist with essential accounting functions.
As a full-time employee, you will work closely with payroll systems, ensuring accurate processing of salaries, deductions, and taxes at every cycle. The role involves support across vendor payments and month-end financial activities, highlighting your commitment to accuracy and solving discrepancies. Your discretion and reliability will be central to maintaining employee trust and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute bi-weekly payroll for all employees
• Review and approve timecards before payroll runs
• Process and reconcile payroll deductions and remittances
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries
• Support accounts receivable and ensure correct payments
