Position Overview

Job Title: FSQA Supervisor
Department: Food Safety & Quality Assurance
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Houston, TX

Reports To: Senior Manager, Food Safety & Quality; General Manager
Direct Reports: Sanitation Supervisor

Schedule Expectations:

• Minimum 40 hours per week; onsite
• Schedule may vary based on business needs
• Typically Monday-Friday, day shift
• One week per month requires overnight coverage (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM) for sanitation supervision
• Additional hours or weekends as needed

Role Expectations:

• 80% production floor presence
• 20% administrative and documentation responsibilities
