We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic  Front Office Manager on Duty  to lead the charge at Hotel Arts and oversee our busy Front Office operation.

Some of the tasks of this exciting role include but are not limited too:  Monitoring guest service standards in all areas to meet the diverse and unanticipated needs of the varying guests at Hotel Arts Assuming front line responsibility for providing guest recovery solutions Setting an example for guest service expectations as embodied in their actions and behaviors at all times Reviewing all daily and weekly arrivals and in-house guests for accuracy of reservation details and rates, and ensuring all special requests are met Reviewing all VIP and frequent guest arrivals and anticipating their needs, preparing accordingly for the...
