Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Front Line Leader – Fabrication.
What You'll Do
Job Summary: Responsible for the overall management of the Fabrication area, tasked with leading the team to achieve the area's objectives and metrics in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
Additionally, this role requires coordination with all functional and service groups to meet customer needs.
It also involves driving team performance to meet or exceed financial plans and strategic objectives, while motivating staff to foster a high-performance culture.
This position has responsibility to promote the safety, quality and continuous improvement (CIF) culture, throughout Eaton Business System (EBS).
Job Responsibilities
Production planning review and attainment.
Coordinate daily production.
