We are a family run, patient-centered physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy clinic seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist / Administrator to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Front desk reception and patient check-in/check-out
Answering phones, emails, faxes
Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments
Managing schedules for physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy providers
Processing payments (debit, credit, cash, insurance) and issuing receipts
Collecting over-due balances (accounts receivable) from patients and insurance companies
Collecting and updating patient intake and insurance information
Explaining clinic policies (cancellation, late arrivals, payment procedures)
Providing excellent customer service and patient support
Communicating with clinicians and clinic management
