About The Role

We are seeking experienced freelance recruiters with a strong background in the iGaming industry, specifically in hiring online game presenters (live casino dealers/hosts). Key Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and recruit online game presenters for live casino environments
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer stage
• Utilize free sourcing channels, social media, and creative outreach strategies
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across English, Dutch, and/or Korean-speaking markets
• Ensure candidates meet client requirements (language level, presentation skills, personality fit)
• Collaborate closely with the delivery team to meet hiring targets and deadlines
