**This position is for work in a hybrid format, Contagem MG.**
**Who will you be working with?**
You will work in the Finance team focusing on controlling and generating productivity in our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate closely with Operations teams, including manufacturing, planning, fulfilment, and global stakeholders.
**How will you make a difference?**
You will act as the point of contact between Finance and Operations, guiding teams towards cost-out initiatives and productivity improvements. You will support the Supply Chain Finance team in closing analyses, budget and forecast processes, as well as control and dissemination of productivity metrics and validation of cost-out initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing the Capex plan for Operations, covering Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas.
