Job Description
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the food services operations of the Keg Sudbury
Develop, implement, and oversee kitchen procedures, menu planning, and food preparation methods in alignment with budgetary, nutritional, and quality standards
Coordinate and supervise the work of kitchen and dining room staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service
Hire, train, and manage food service and kitchen staff
Monitor inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, placing orders and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and sanitation requirements
