-Periodically review all food safety procedures and instructions, to ensure they remain current - Report to the Food Safety Team Leader on the performance of the FSMS and any need for improvement.
- Accountable for safety, food safety, quality and hygiene
- Accountable for ongoing training, monitoring and improving, related to food safety
- Conduct Internal Quality inspection on daily basis.
- Inspection the hygiene of the employees
- Full knowledge and capabilities to perform internal pest control program, location of stations, checking and cleaning of stations, and proper documentation on hand of pest control program
- Full Knowledge follow up of water treatment system in the facility
- Responsible for compliance with ISO & BRC by establishing and enforcing quality standards; testing materials and product
- Properly document and follow all procedures set forth in the frequency guide and standards
