Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Establish work schedules
Supervise food service operations
Requirements
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food services
Supervisory experience in food service
Must be authorized to work in Canada
Availability for early morning, day, evening, night, weekend, and shift work
