What You Do

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Food and Beverage supervisors are the floor managers of our various food & beverage outlets at the resort. Our highly acclaimed and recently renovated restaurant, 15 Park Bistro, is the primary dining outlet at the resort. This role is also responsible for supervising the seasonal pool bar operations as well as assisting to lead functions in our newly renovated banquet space in the resort.

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Demonstrate a professional and positive image to guests and colleagues at all times, including maintaining a high standard of professional appearance and hygiene at all times.
• Assist the Food and Beverage leadership team in elevating the dining experience across the resort.
