• Be Your Manager’s Right Hand – Support the Food & Beverage Manager by helping implement standards, policies, and daily procedures. Ensure the team is trained, confident, and aligned with the department’s vision and service goals.
• Keep Your Eyes Open – Lead with attention to detail. Ensure the restaurant is clean, well‑prepared, and fully staffed. Confirm that team members know the menu, daily specials, guest preferences, and any group bookings. Professional appearance and readiness are a must.
