Purpose of the position
Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, the incumbent assists the chef and cooks in their tasks. He/She cuts and peels the vegetables or fruits, arranges the plates, prepares the meal carts and participates in the maintenance of the equipment and the kitchen with the rest of the team.
