The Folder-Gluer Operator is responsible for the start-up, operation, adjustment, and basic maintenance of the Folder-Gluer with the aim of producing folding cartons that comply with the company’s technical specifications, quality standards, and productivity requirements. He works closely with the operator’s assistants and the production team to ensure optimal performance of the machine

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, adjust and operate the folder-gluer according to the specifications of the work order and the established standards;
• Carry out the editing, mechanical adjustments and format changes required for each production;
• Read and interpret the customer’s bending plans, sketches and technical specifications;
• Ensure that folding cartons are well folded, glued and compliant in terms of quality and dimensions;
