If you want real, consistent work close to home — good pay, steady hours, and no camp rotations — this is it. Metalex is hiring a Foam Panel Plant Operator at our Stettler manufacturing facility. You’ll be part of the team that produces the insulated foam panel systems that go into Metalex’s steel buildings across Canada and the USA.

The work is hands-on, consistent, and physical. The team you’ll be joining takes quality seriously and holds each other accountable for the finished product.

No prior foam panel experience required. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable. We’ll train you on the rest.

What You’ll Do

• • Prepare metal skins for foam panel production on the coil line
• • Load panels onto equipment for polyurethane injection
• • Operate injection equipment to fill panels with polyurethane to specification
