About This Opportunity

The position

 As F&O and Corporate Affairs Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Vice Presidents and their leadership teams across two dynamic departments: Finance & Operations and Corporate Affairs. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and providing high-level support with minimal supervision.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing complex calendars and coordinating local and international travel itineraries.Acting as a key point of contact for external partners and stakeholders.Coordinating and managing internal and external events, including department meetings, global brand meetings, advisory boards, and conferences.Preparing reports, financial data, and professional communications.Overseeing budget management, including forecasting, invoicing, and account management.Handling procurement tasks such as contracts, purchase orders, and accounts payable/accounts receivable.Supporting corporate spec...
