Our client, a major Oil and Gas company in Canada is looking to hire Fluid Volume Reporting Technician for a 12-month contract. The role is 4 days in office located in Calgary.
Retrieve and collate truck/pipeline tickets by company and date.
Enter 60-100 tickets daily into Energy Components (EC) system, ensuring accuracy.
Review tickets for missing information and verify source/destination of fluids.
Research missing data by consulting archives or contacting stakeholders.
Troubleshoot data anomalies with Production Accountants and amend incorrect entries.
Compile and reconcile Third Party Disposal Reports and rig reports.
Ensure timely receipt of all truck tickets for month-end reporting.
Communicate with internal teams (Fluid Haul, Production Accounting, Environmental Operations) to ensure data accuracy.
